- If the service experiences major technical failures or fails to deliver the promised functionality, you may request a refund regardless of the above conditions.
Non‑Refundable Situations
- Orders placed more than 3 days ago.
- Accounts that have processed more than 3 files during the refund window.
- Abuse or malicious use of the refund mechanism.
- Free trial or promotional credits.
